Sourcy Inc. ("Sourcy," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit sourcyinc.com (the "Site") or interact with our services, including SMS/text message communications. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in the following ways:
Automatically Collected Data: When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This is collected via cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.
Analytics Data: With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use the Site — including session duration, pages viewed, and traffic sources.
Marketing & Retargeting Data: With your consent, we use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads to track conversions and serve relevant advertising to visitors who have interacted with our Site.
Information You Provide: If you contact us via email, a contact form, or any opt-in form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any information you choose to include in your message.
SMS/Text Message Data: If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS communications, we collect your mobile phone number and records of your consent, opt-in method, and opt-out requests.
2. SMS / Text Message Communications (A2P 10DLC)
Sourcy Inc. uses Twilio to send application-to-person (A2P) SMS and MMS messages via 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers registered with The Campaign Registry.
Consent: By submitting your phone number through any form on our Site or otherwise providing written or digital consent, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Sourcy Inc., including transactional messages (appointment confirmations, follow-ups, service updates) and, where separately consented, promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per month unless otherwise disclosed at the point of opt-in.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at the email address listed in Section 11.
No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data: No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent data is never sold, rented, or shared for any purpose other than providing the services you requested.
SMS/Mobile Communications: Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier Disclaimer: Sourcy Inc. does not guarantee message delivery. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and policies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories of cookies:
Functional (Required): These cookies are necessary for the Site to function correctly. They cannot be disabled. Examples include session management and language preference cookies.
Analytics Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. We use Google Analytics 4. These cookies are only set with your explicit consent.
Marketing & Retargeting Cookies: These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertising and track campaign performance. We use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads. These cookies are only set with your explicit consent.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Schedule appointments and send service-related notifications
- Comply with legal obligations and carrier requirements
- Use, license and share de-identified content created on Sourcy's platforms, including documents, files and completed forms, with partners and other third parties to develop, train, evaluate and improve AI models and services, and Sourcy may receive compensation for doing so, as described in AI Training and De-identified Data
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Use, licensing and sharing of de-identified content is described in AI Training and De-identified Data and does not include personal identifying information.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Site and deliver our services (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, Google, Meta, LinkedIn for analytics and advertising), subject to confidentiality agreements. These providers are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.
AI Training and De-identified Data
Effective October 9, 2026.
Sourcy Inc. (Florida) operates Blueprint, Sitework, Agency Nexus, Implio, MEP Pilot, and Structural Pilot. This section is Sourcy's data policy for content and documents subscribers create on those platforms, and for information collected on sourcyinc.com (site usage, forms, demo requests, and chat).
How we use data. Sourcy may use that content to operate and improve its services. Sourcy may use, license and share de-identified content created on its platforms, including documents, files and completed forms (plans, drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, estimates, proposals, invoices, pricing, photos, and scans), with partners and other third parties to develop, train, evaluate and improve AI models and services, and may receive compensation for doing so.
De-identification. Before that use or sharing, de-identification masks seals and stamps, signatures, personal names, license numbers, contact details, addresses that identify a person, geotags, faces, and license plates.
Personal information. Sourcy does not share or license personal identifying information. Contacts, social profiles, client personal information, and payment data are excluded. Sourcy will not use this data to take subscribers' clients. Under California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140) and Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.702), information that meets the legal standard for de-identified data is not personal information or personal data.
Ownership and copyright. Subscribers keep ownership and copyright in their content and documents. Sourcy does not transfer or license copyright, or any right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, or reuse the designs.
Partners. Each partner or other third party must agree in writing that its use is limited to developing, training, evaluating and improving AI models and services. It may not publish the materials, pass them on, reuse them in a project, reconstruct a specific design, or re-identify anyone.
Your choices. You may mark an item Restricted by emailing team@sourcyinc.com and identifying it. Restricted items are kept out of this use and sharing. Enterprise customers may ask us in writing, at the same address, for a full opt-out of their data from AI training and from this use and sharing. That exclusion applies from the date we confirm it.
Changes. If we expand this section, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. The change applies only to data created after that date.

6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA)
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights:
Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right of Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data.
Right of Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to Object: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
TCPA Rights: You have the right to revoke consent to receive SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with TCPA record-keeping requirements.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, Content Security Policy headers, and bot protection. SMS data transmitted via Twilio is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including blueprintbysourcy.com and agencynexus.io. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
