You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without our express written permission

Sourcy Inc. provides three categories of services:

Sourcy AI: Custom AI agent development, AI implementation, onsite training, workflow automation, custom software development, LLM integration, and document intelligence services.

Sourcy Growth: AI-driven marketing services including intent signal lead generation, cold email outreach, PPC campaign management, social media marketing, brand strategy, and CRM automation.

Sourcy HI: Nearshore talent placement services connecting Florida businesses with vetted Colombian professionals for roles in Insurance, PEO, Architecture & Engineering, and Construction.

Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between Sourcy and the client.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sourcy Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client Work Product: Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, custom AI agents, software, and systems developed by Sourcy for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. Sourcy retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code in future engagements.

Proprietary Platforms: Blueprint by Sourcy and Agency Nexus by Sourcy are proprietary platforms owned by Sourcy Inc. Use of these platforms is governed by their respective platform terms of service.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Sourcy does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

• AI systems or tools implemented will produce specific business outcomes

• Marketing campaigns will achieve specific results (results vary based on market conditions, industry, and other factors outside Sourcy's control)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sourcy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Sourcy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sourcy in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

By engaging Sourcy AI services, you acknowledge that:

• AI systems are tools that augment human decision-making and are not a replacement for professional judgment in regulated industries

• AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting upon them in legal, medical, financial, or compliance contexts

• Sourcy is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs

• Ongoing maintenance, model updates, and performance optimization may require additional engagement beyond the initial implementation

Sourcy HI placement services are subject to the following:

• Sourcy acts as an intermediary connecting clients with Colombian professionals; the employment relationship is between the client and the professional or their employer of record

• Sourcy does not guarantee specific performance outcomes of placed professionals

• Replacement guarantees and trial periods, if any, are specified in the applicable Service Agreement

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable US and Colombian labor laws in their engagement structure

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Sourcy has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
