Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Services

Sourcy Inc. provides AI implementation consulting, automation services, staffing solutions, and related professional services to businesses. Specific service terms, scope, deliverables, and pricing are governed by separate written agreements or statements of work entered into between Sourcy and each client.

The Site is a marketing and informational resource. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific outcomes.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications (A2P 10DLC)

Sourcy Inc. uses Twilio to send application-to-person (A2P) SMS and MMS messages via 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers registered with The Campaign Registry.

Consent to Receive SMS: By submitting your phone number through any form on our Site, verbally, or in writing, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Sourcy Inc. This may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-up messages regarding your inquiry
• Service updates and notifications
• Promotional messages (only where separately and explicitly consented)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month unless otherwise disclosed at the point of opt-in.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the email in Section 11.

No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This data is never sold or rented.

Carrier Disclaimer: Sourcy Inc. does not guarantee message delivery. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Consent and Data Collection

By using the Site or submitting any form, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in Data and AI Training. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, including terms related to:

• Analytics data collection (Google Analytics 4)
• Marketing and retargeting pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads)
• SMS communications and consent records
• Cookie usage and consent management

Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing consent to these terms.

Data and AI Training

Effective October 9, 2026.

Sourcy Inc. (Florida) operates Blueprint, Sitework, Agency Nexus, Implio, MEP Pilot, and Structural Pilot. This section is Sourcy's data policy for content and documents subscribers create on those platforms, and for information collected on sourcyinc.com (site usage, forms, demo requests, and chat).

How we use data. Sourcy may use that content to operate and improve its services. Sourcy may use, license and share de-identified content created on its platforms, including documents, files and completed forms (plans, drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, estimates, proposals, invoices, pricing, photos, and scans), with partners and other third parties to develop, train, evaluate and improve AI models and services, and may receive compensation for doing so.

De-identification. Before that use or sharing, de-identification masks seals and stamps, signatures, personal names, license numbers, contact details, addresses that identify a person, geotags, faces, and license plates.

Personal information. Sourcy does not share or license personal identifying information. Contacts, social profiles, client personal information, and payment data are excluded. Sourcy will not use this data to take subscribers' clients.

Ownership and copyright. Subscribers keep ownership and copyright in their content and documents. Sourcy does not transfer or license copyright, or any right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, or reuse the designs.

Partners. Each partner or other third party must agree in writing that its use is limited to developing, training, evaluating and improving AI models and services. It may not publish the materials, pass them on, reuse them in a project, reconstruct a specific design, or re-identify anyone.

Your choices. You may mark an item Restricted by emailing team@sourcyinc.com and identifying it. Restricted items are kept out of this use and sharing. Enterprise customers may ask us in writing, at the same address, for a full opt-out of their data from AI training and from this use and sharing. That exclusion applies from the date we confirm it.

Changes. If we expand this section, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. The change applies only to data created after that date.

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out Procedures

Opting In: You may opt in to SMS communications by submitting your phone number through a form on the Site, verbally during a call with our team, or in writing. At the point of opt-in, you will be informed of the message types you will receive, frequency, and how to opt out.

Opting Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop receiving marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.

Processing Time: Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. You may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sourcy Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Impersonate Sourcy or any other person or entity

8. Staffing and Professional Services

Where Sourcy provides staffing or talent placement services, the following applies:

• Sourcy acts as an intermediary; the employment relationship is between the client and the professional or their employer of record
• Sourcy does not guarantee specific performance outcomes of placed professionals
• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. and Colombian labor laws

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sourcy does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sourcy Inc. is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of SMS/text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sourcy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including SMS opt-in data and consent records.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
