2. Who This Program Is For
This SMS program is available only to Sourcy Inc. employees and administrators. Messages notify staff when the company's AI phone receptionist handles an inbound business call, so the appropriate team member can follow up. Messages are never sent to customers, callers, prospects, purchased lists, or the general public.
3. How to Opt In
Enrollment is by keyword only. To enroll, text START to +1 239-323-6057 from your mobile device. Texting START is the sole opt-in method for this program. Before enrolling, employees are provided this disclosure during onboarding:
"By texting START to +1 239-323-6057 you agree to receive recurring automated operational SMS alerts from Sourcy Inc. regarding inbound AI-agent call activity. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
4. Confirmation Message
After texting START, you will receive:
"Sourcy Inc.: You are subscribed to internal AI call alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance or email innovation.ia@sourcyinc.com.
